I ordered my case from ipitaka.com, and at first I wasn’t sure how protective it would be because it’s slim. I figured it was more for looks, actually, not just looks, but I didn’t expect it to handle a serious drop.

Last week I dropped my phone hard onto the pavement, corner first, and I was sure I was about to see a cracked screen or some kind of damage. The case only ended up with a tiny mark, but the phone itself was completely fine.
So yeah, I’m really happy with it. It feels slim in your hand but clearly does its job when it counts. Easy 5 stars from me

The case looks really nice and it works with my MagSafe charger most of the time. It lines up easily and doesn’t make my phone get too hot, which I appreciate. The only issue is with one cheap wireless pad I keep by my bed, but that might just be bad timing since I bought that pad before switching to this case. It’s a little picky, so it’s not totally perfect, but overall I’m still happy with it.

The box looked neat when it showed up, and there wasn’t any damage that I could see. I always end up checking the corners first for some reason, maybe because that’s usually where things get dinged, but everything seemed fine. No complaints here.

I liked the overall look of the site, it feels clean, modern, and easy to browse. The product photos stood out to me too, since they make everything look polished. That said, after clicking through a few pages, the design started to feel a bit samey to me. It’s not bad at all, just not especially memorable or exciting from a visual standpoint

I’ve dropped this thing so many times, like way too many times, and I keep expecting it to look all scratched up. I’m always annoyed at myself because I drop it constantly, and every time I’m sure it’s finally going to show some damage. But somehow it still looks almost new. I don’t know how it’s held up this well, especially with how often I’ve dropped it.

The magnets line up well and I haven’t had any issues with them so far. Works like it should.

I’m kind of picky about buttons feeling snappy, so I noticed it right away. For the most part, they respond really fast. I did get one tiny bit of lag once, but it wasn’t enough to bother me

I got my replacement!!! It did take a little bit of time to arrive, but it finally showed up and everything worked out!!!

The screen edges feel a lot safer with this on. I do think a slightly bigger lip around the front would make it even better, but overall it gives me more peace of mind.

I ended up having to exchange my case because I ordered the wrong model, which was totally on me because I was comparing phones while half-watching TV. I contacted support and they got back to me the next day, and the return label worked without any problems. The refund took a few days longer than I was hoping, especially since I kept checking my account like that would make it happen faster, but it wasn’t a big deal overall. Smooth experience.

I ordered a case from ipitaka.com the product itself is fine. No real complaints there. But the delivery? Yeah, that was frustrating. It took longer than they said it would, and the tracking barely updated, so for a few days I was just sitting there thinking, okay... where is this thing actually? It made the whole order feel a lot more uncertain than it needed to. Not a terrible experience overall, but the shipping definitely made it annoying

Pretty happy with this case so far. The camera edges actually feel protected now, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s a simple thing, but kind of a relief.

I’ve been using it for a little while now, and it feels really sturdy. for around what I paid, I’d say it’s worth it. No complaints so far.

I got a PITAKA case from ipitaka because I really don’t like using bulky phone cases. This one is very thin but still has nice feel in the hand. It fits my phone perfectly, and the buttons and cutouts are all in right place. I also like that it doesn’t make my pocket feel stuffed or heavy. It’s not the cheapest case, but for slim profile, I’m happy with it.

The case fits tight, the buttons line up fine, and I haven’t noticed any loose edges so far. That said, I’ve had cases start out great and then wear down fast, so I’m not totally trusting it yet. It’s good for now, but I’ll need more time before I feel confident about it

I ordered a case for my phone and thought it would take longer, but it showed up way quicker than expected. I kept checking the tracking since I’m a little impatient with stuff like this, and it updated just fine the whole way. No hassle at all, just a smooth order and fast shipping...

Customer service was decent enough, though it definitely wasn’t the quickest. I ended up having to follow up before I got a clear answer, which kind of says a bit. To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Just would’ve been nicer if the replies came a little faster

The grip feels really solid now, and I don’t have to worry about it slipping anymore 🙂

The case looks okay at first glance, but once I actually held it, the material felt rough and cheaper than I expected. I thought I was getting something with a nicer texture, so it’s a little frustrating. Feels like the goalposts keep moving with these products, they look decent in the photos, but then the quality in hand is a different story.

I got a PITAKA case and yeah, it definitely looks nice. It’s light, fits well, and overall feels clean. Totally fine. I’m calm about it. Mostly. But for the price, I was expecting it to feel a little more special than it does. it doesn’t feel that different from some cheaper cases I’ve used before, which is kind of hard to ignore. Once you add shipping and the extras, it gets even harder to justify. Nice case, no major complaints, but value-wise, it just didn’t really land for me.
